At last! Reveries are over – the research vessel R.V. FLORA has anchored and is welcoming all curious fantasts!

From September 14th through October 5th each Friday the Schlingermarkt is becoming a research vessel.

The marketstalls are turning into cabins and laboratories, with an upper deck, lower deck and the ship’s wheel on top of the bridge. The sound of foghorns and the ocean surf as well as expeditions to unknown islands will be inspiring one’s imagination. The logbook will be unfolding old adventures and there will be a lot of yarning going on.

The R.V. FLORA cordially invites everyone to:

**anytime**

• join in the prepartions for and cooking of the captain’s dinner in the caboose
  
• examine your everyday finds in our laboratory
• browse the ship’s logbook, full of real travelling experincies
• take part in yarning and listen to unknown tales of the market and its sailors
•  … including some musical interludes …

**at 2 pm and 4 pm**

• go on a guided tour of the ship andcome along on an extraordinary expedition around the neighbourhood

**at 6.00 pm**

• take a seat at the shared captain’s dinner
